Return & Exchange Policy

At KENYATU Company, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Our Return and Exchange policy applies to all products purchased from our store.

General Conditions:

  • Eligibility for Return/Exchange: To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original, unused condition. It should be in the original packaging and must not have been used.
  • Timeframe: Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within three (3) days from the date of receipt. Any requests received after this period will not be considered.

How to Request a Return/Exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team to initiate a return or exchange, either by calling or emailing us at contact@kenyatu.com.
  2. Provide Details: When contacting us, please include a photo of the product, the city, address, and order number.
  3. Ship the Product: Once we have received the necessary details, please return the product to our warehouse. Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process either a replacement or refund.

Conditions for Refunds or Replacements:

  • Defective or Faulty Products: If the product is defective, has industrial faults, or does not function as described on the product page, we will replace it with a new one at no additional cost.
  • Product Mismatch: If the product you receive is significantly different from its description on our website or in our advertisements, we will offer a full refund.
  • Customer’s Change of Mind: If you simply do not want the product (no defect or issue with the item), we will refund the amount minus a 30% restocking fee or at least 1200 Ksh, depending on the situation, to help cover our expenses.
